The Better Business Bureau recently awarded the Autism Society of Michigan a Gold Medal for being such a great organization

Ride for Autism is scheduled for August 1, 2009.. We'll start at the Southfield Civic Center at 26000 Evergreen in Southfield. We'll end with a party at Biker Bob's at 14100 Telegraph in Taylor. Everyone at Biker Bobs has worked very hard to help make this a successful ride. Join us to celebrate another big Ride for Autism.

The William Browning Golf Event is scheduled for August 29, 2009. The GCC/IBT District Council 3 has chosen our Chapter to receive the proceeds for this event. It's a day long event where we mix fun with a great cause. Take a look at the flyer and find some friends that want to play golf, have fun, eat and drink, bid on donations at the auction, and support our Chapter. Thank you to the GCC/IBT District Council 3. OU Cares has two free workshops. The first one on June 25th is about siblings and how autism affects the whole family The second one, July 13th is about food for a healthier child.  Both seminars are at the Oakland Center in Rochester.
